They were still called Hummingbird Productions, but we were called Hummingbird Studios, and it was really confusing and weird. So while I was there, the record company had an inter-company contest to rename the recording studio, and it got renamed... I mean they didn't ask the interns to weigh in because if they had, I would have been like “what the hell?”... the name that won was Skylab because you know it was up on the eighth floor.
It's like, wait, you're naming it after a satellite that fell from the sky and people were worried was gonna kill them? And that's what it was called until they closed, but Skylab.. I was like do you guys know the story of Skylab? Because there are chunks of it at the NASA museum that people were afraid were going to land on their house.
